Lead and support our maintenance operation alongside the Director of Maintenance, ensuring airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and safe dispatch across our island and charter fleet.

Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Director of Maintenance in planning and overseeing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • •Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and company procedures.
  • •Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians on the hangar floor.
  • •Coordinate inspections, parts ordering, and aircraft return-to-service documentation.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbook entries.
  • •Support line maintenance and on-call dispatch needs at our Charlevoix base.

Qualifications

  • •Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required; IA preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of FAR Part 91 / Part 135 maintenance requirements.
  • •Experience with twin-engine piston aircraft (Partenavia P68C, Queen Air) strongly preferred.
  • •Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to a safety-first culture.
